Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Take charge of teams by motivating and encouraging team members to do their best. In order to ensure that team performance is consistent with company expectations, give instruction and constructive feedback.
• Operational Management:Guarantee all assignments are performed proficiently and timely during the time allotted for the tasks.
• Customer Service: Deliver top-notch service to all customers by ensuring quick, courteous, and precise assistance. Manage customer complaints and problems with professionalism and promptness.
• Staff Training:Aid in the education of newly hired personnel and the progression of ongoing professional development for existing team members. Verify that the entire staff is familiar with the company's health and safety regulations along with its menu and policies.
• Quality Control:It is essential to strictly follow all food safety protocols while monitoring the quality and presentation of Wendy's food products.
• Cash Handling: Administer the cash register procedures, including the calculation of tills, handling transactions, and presenting bank deposits. Guarantee that cash handling activities are done with precision and security.
• Inventory Management:You can assist in controlling the inventory by keeping a close check on the stock levels and promptly ordering new stock when necessary. Regular inventory checks can also be conducted to ensure smooth operation.
• Safety and Cleanliness:Take active measures to promote the cleanliness and wellbeing of the restaurant, keeping it well-organized and hazard-free. Observe and adhere to all safety guidelines that apply to employees and customers alike.
• Problem-Solving:You must address and rectify any issues that may arise during your shift to keep the restaurant functioning satisfactorily.
• Reporting: It is expected that frequent reports on the shift's performance will be delivered to management. Additionally, the assistant is responsible for contributing to the implementation of schemes that enhance the business's functioning and client fulfillment.

Qualifications:

Education:A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is desirable for education purposes.

Experience:In the fast-food or restaurant field, having a background in a supervisory or leadership position is considered a significant advantage.
