What You Will Do:

• Perform basic inspection, repair, and final assembly of head assemblies
• Work from standard work, procedures, and drawings
• Basic understanding of powder making process and importance of head assemblies.
• Basic understanding of atomization failure modes and how to diagnose each.
• Maintain inventory records
• Perform basic shop maintenance including cleaning when necessary.
• Participate in periodic tower cleaning (tower dive).
• Adhere to all EH&S guidline, including wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Adhere to Quality guidelines, including participating in plantwide FOD initiatives.
• Refer difficulties to Supervisor or Team Leader.
• May be assigned to tasks not specifically listed within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.
• The position will work a schedule of Monday - Thursday (4x10) 10:00pm - 8:00am (8th shift)

Qualifications You Must Have:

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US)
• No Experience Required
• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is $20.00 per hour - this shift is eligible for shift differential ; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
